Software and support
RingTelix Carrier Platform is self-hosted switching software. License limits, license period, pricing, support scope and any installation assistance are confirmed in your order or written agreement. Installing software does not purchase carrier connectivity or telephone numbers.
Your deployment
You are responsible for your server, network, upstream providers, data backups, account security and the permissions or authorizations required for your operation. Actual capacity and media quality depend on the deployment. Validate your configuration before carrying customer traffic.
License and trial
Licenses are bound to a server identity and signed by the issuer. A trial is subject to eligibility and its original expiry; reinstalling does not grant an automatic new trial. Do not bypass licensing or use the platform for unauthorized activity.
Orders and access
Use only confirmed payment instructions issued by RingTelix. The period and scope of service are those agreed for your order; a payment alone does not define unagreed capacity or support commitments. Report security or service concerns through support.
